Personal statement: I have been working as factory manager of the Cerebos Gregg's New Zealand instant coffee plant for the last 9 years, and thoroughly enjoy most aspects of my job. However, I am seeking new challenges and excitement in my professional life. I am a chemical engineer and have a sound understanding of industrial processes and extensive experience in managing production based operations. This includes leading teams effectively, training & motivating staff, setting targets, optimising process performance / efficiencies, achieving deadlines, and general problem solving. My particular area of expertise is the production of instant coffee, having worked in that field in various positions and locations for 18 years. Five years ago, I founded Aromatech Ltd, for the purpose of providing specialist consulting services.
